Refund policy

We try really hard to make sure that our scarves are absolutely perfect, but if your order includes something that isn’t up to standard (snag, rip, misprint) please reach out to us at info@hello-ilona.com to start a return/exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping if you choose to use our return label.

Due to the nature of scarves being a personal item, we cannot accept returns on items unless they arrive damaged.
